Mr. Blackburn has experience in evaluating and completing numerous geotechnical projects including foundation installation for buildings and construction phases of roadways and parking areas. Greg has significant field experience in projects involving earth-work control, geotechnical instrumentation installation, in-site field testing, pressure grouting and exploratory drilling.

Greg has performed geotechnical field work on numerous sites including the construction of Hazelton Federal Penitentiary in Hazelton, West Virginia. The site was an approximately 1000 acre parcel and its development required cuts of 50 to 100' and fill slopes exceeding 90'. Greg also inspected rock and soils for bearing capacity in foundations.

In addition to field work, Greg has utilized computer programs such as AutoCAD, while employed as a consultant in the mining industry.
