Stephen, our Senior Inspector, is responsible for performing construction inspection and testing services related to earthwork, foundations, concrete, reinforcing steel, structural steel and welding. Mr. Rigney has served as a Chief Resident Inspector and Structural Steel Welding Inspector on various projects for Dente Engineering's affiliate Evergreen Testing.
